Agora Management is a friendly and helpful practice, formed in 1998, to provide a full range of building advisory and design services ranging from project management, architecture, quantity surveying, mechanical and electrical services, to construction design and management, and management co-ordination. We are mature, fully qualified professionals with a wealth of experience in the building industry, and can take any project through from initial concept design to completion of the construction on site.
We can provide a comprehensive service on projects of any nature, with particular specialisation in animal welfare facilities, be they rehoming centres, boarding kennels or catteries, veterinary centres or hospitals. Many of our clients have charitable status and are very pleased with the assistance we can provide for their fund-raising campaigns in the form of valuing and providing images of individual elements of the proposals, enabling campaigns to be suitably focused.
We can advise on all types of procurement methods, with experience in traditional and design and build forms of contract, as well as capital and revenue expenditure, identifying and explaining the balance between present build and future running costs. We aim to satisfy each client’s objectives, to provide an ideal solution, whilst managing the practical constraints of budget and programme.
