ACD Construction

ACD is a subsidiary of Agora Management Limited, a construction industry multi-disciplinary design and project management practice based in Newmarket.

A growing frustration with the standards of workmanship and professionalism achieved by many building contractors, particularly on the types of specialist projects in which Agora is involved, has led to Agora’s decision that the time is right to offer to existing and new clients an in-house building service.

ACD is run by Alex Darvill (MD of Agora). Whilst Alex is a very successful professional project manager, he is a Chartered Builder with a career background in construction management, having spent many years with major East Anglian companies.
Hence, whilst highly professional, the expertise offered is also extremely practical!

We have a tried and trusted network of specialist materials suppliers and subcontractors, with many of whom we have  developed products specifically for the types of projects in which we are regularly involved.
